Paul was in desperate need of a denture clinic in Stoke-on-Trent after breaking his false teeth during the lockdown in 2020.
Here’s what Paul had to say about his experience of being a patient with us; “I went into the initial consultation where I was asked various questions about my general health and so forth. They then used various dental bits and bobs to look into my mouth and decided that I was suitable for treatment [dental implants].”
“So they then sat me down and explained that yes, they could replace my denture but they could do a kind of improvement on that by drilling and putting four pegs in and putting a denture onto that which I would then have to remove overnight. So I thought let’s go for it. Then they asked the final question, did I really, really want to go ahead? “YES PLEASE!””

“The facilities are very well set up here, and I noticed that everything is kept really spotless, which of course you’d expect in surgery but it was the same throughout the building. It’s really well maintained.”
